Fidel Rodriguez
Meet Your Trainer! Fidel is a United States Marine Corps Veteran with 17 years of dog training experience. Fidel's passion for training dogs started in the Marine Corps where he served as a Military Working Dog Handler later, he continued this passion as a DOD contractor for the United States Naval Multi-purpose canine program. During this time, Fidel made the decision to expand his skills into the civilian sector. Fidel fully focuses on pet training where he aims to educate and teach communities about our dogs hidden potentials. This isn't Fidel's most important job though; Fidel is a loving father and husband- he integrates his training around a family setting to ensure all dogs feel loved and equally importantly during their stay. This truly is a family business! With Fidel and his wife as pack leaders and his kids manning the water buckets and bathing stations it really does take a village.
Kaitlyn Rodriguez
Meet Kaitlyn! As pack mom here at MTR, she holds the most important role here! She's a Licensed Veterinary Technician, where she helps monitor and maintain all companions during their stay.
